2008

New information for 2008:

· We are trying to reduce our dependence on paper communication. The majority of our communication will be sent via e-mail. Please make sure that you list a frequently used e-mail address on your 2008 Registration Form and please check it frequently.

· Parents must sign the Parents Code of Conduct form (attached to Parent’s meeting information sheet) prior to the start of season. Parents must also sign the Trident Conference Waiver Release Of All Claims And Hold Harmless Agreement. Please return with Registration form and payment.

· Parent Volunteers are asked to not consume alcohol while they are working their volunteer duty.

· In order to cut down on the confusion the night of the year-end banquet, all attendees, whether you are going to eat or not, will be asked to pay this year. The amount that we charge covers more than just the food, it also covers decorations, coaches’ gifts and raffle prizes.
